Herman Bonilla

Born and raised in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, Herman Bonilla has built his career from the ground up in the construction and roofing industries. He began his professional journey training in home inspections, where he developed a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of building systems.

From there, Herman transitioned into the roofing industry, gaining hands-on experience and expanding his expertise in residential and commercial roofing projects. His dedication and leadership led him to work with a multifamily construction company, where he managed large-scale projects and refined his project management skills.

Today, Herman is the proud owner of his own general contracting company, where he oversees a wide range of construction services across North Texas. In addition to running his business, he also serves as Head of Construction for Northview Company, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Driven by integrity, experience, and a passion for building, Herman continues to shape the DFW landscape—one project at a time.
